Learning Japanese: Hiragana Vowel Review (Adobe Captivate; Adobe Illustrator; Adobe Premiere Elements; Audacity):
[independent work]
In this interaction, learners can select each of the hiragana vowel characters to learn more about how it is written and spoken.
This type of interaction is ideal for projects seeking to give learners the freedom to learn more about items in the order and to the frequency they wish. While it’s perfect for exploring characters of languages that don’t use the Latin alphabet, it could easily be adapted to fit almost any topic.
I did this one for fun as a beginner Japanese student and a lover of language study in general. For the audio clips, I commissioned the support a vocal professional, Mika, who was a pleasure to work with!
